Shipping Policy
PotRacksPlus.com will pay the shippng for any item or carts that total over $100.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.  All items are sent either by Fed Ex, UPS, or Freight Carrier.  For shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii, and the rest of the world, please inquire through the "Contact Us" link.

 
Your orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed.  Your purchases from PotRacksPlus.com will normally be sent out within five (5) working business days of the receipt of payment, direct from the manufacturer or distributor.  However, if your item is one that offers a choice of finishes, the delivery date will depend on the manufacturer.  Please don't hesitate to contact us to inquire as to the delivery date for any of those products.
 
 

Cancellation Policy
Our shipping time is based on the information that we are supplied from the manufacturer or distributor.  Even though these are their "usual" processing times, some orders may ship before their "usual" time.  Products that have shipped may not be cancelled.  Any Made-to-order items may not be cancelled.
 
Return Policy
 PotRacksPlus.com guarantees your 100% satisfaction.  If you should need to return an item, please do not return it until you contact us.  Any item returned without contacting us for a RAN (return authorization number) will be refused and will be returned to you at your cost.
