Design, production, and finishing are all done at our own facility in Durham, North Carolina. We have complete hands-on control of quality in every respect. All benches are hand-crafted of 1/4" steel. The benches are fabricated, shot blasted, flame sprayed with zinc, and painted with a high quality two part epoxy base paint. This weather proof finishing technique results in a highly resistant coating that prevents oxidation. Benches are individually hand painted using a dry brush technique or air brushed. Minimal maintenance - wash with mild soap and water to remove environmental grime. Benches are palletized and shipped via common carrier.

Pieces are rated for outdoor use and will give years of outdoor service. Suggested maintenance is occasionally wash item with warm water and mild soap. A coat of car wax is optional but good and will protect paint.

Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
